The project features Supergrasse ProBounce COOLplus surfacing by APT Asia Pacific, combining advanced yarn technology with exclusive COOLplus™ technology to deliver a premium multi-sport surface with a natural grass appearance, reduced heat generation, and outstanding all-weather performance. Designed to replicate the playability of natural lawn courts while requiring significantly lower maintenance, the court was finished with clearly defined line markings for pickleball, netball, and basketball, maximising versatility within a single court footprint.
Designed with flexibility and functionality in mind, the layout ensures each set of lines remains easy to read while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. The result is a professional-quality multi-sport court that supports everything from casual family games to more competitive play year-round.

This private residential sports court transformation in Port Lincoln showcases how an aged and worn concrete surface can be reimagined into a vibrant, high-performance recreational space designed for year-round enjoyment.
Delivered by TEB Contractors, the 528m² project features Laykold Advantage by APT Asia Pacific — a premium multi-layered acrylic surfacing system engineered to deliver long-lasting durability, UV stability, and enhanced playability compared to bare asphalt or concrete. With its slip-resistant textured finish and custom colour capabilities, the system provided the ideal foundation for creating a colourful and highly functional multi-sport environment.
Designed to maximise the available space, the upgraded court includes two dedicated pickleball courts alongside a basketball area, creating a versatile private sports hub suitable for all ages. The client selected a palette of rich autumn-inspired tones to complement the surrounding residence, resulting in a warm and visually striking aesthetic that seamlessly integrates with the home’s architecture.
The completed project delivers a professional-quality multi-sport surface that not only revitalises the existing court but also creates an inviting destination for family and friends to enjoy.

Designed by Himalayas Golf and installed by GameOn Turf, the course flows with the site’s natural contours, featuring undulating holes, bunkers, and golf-course-inspired layouts surrounded by native vegetation.
The project features SYNLawn Olympia COOLplus, SYNLawn TeeStrike, and ProBaller White, exclusive to GameON, alongside SYNLawn Comfort Elite 50 — a premium 50mm landscaping turf with multi-toned fibres, textured thatch and exclusive COOLplus™ technology, delivering a natural appearance with a soft, durable and cooler underfoot surface.
Australia’s first circular wedge target greens, inspired by renowned golf coach Dave Pelz, further elevate the facility, creating a premium golf and putting experience for players of all skill levels.

Outtabonds is a Perth-based golf entertainment venue setting a new standard for family entertainment centres and modern driving ranges in Australia. All Seasons installed a large-scale outdoor mini golf course with a dedicated children’s play space at the heart of the design.
The project features premium synthetic turf solutions manufactured by APT Asia Pacific, including Masters Pro Putt, and Sugarcane Silverback Lawn and Bunker Turf (both exclusive to All Seasons).
With a focus on sustainable materials, low maintenance, and year-round usability, this installation highlights the versatility of artificial grass for commercial golf applications, delivering a high-quality experience in a family entertainment setting.

Guangdong UHS Sports Co., Ltd delivered a landmark installation for the prestigious Wuhan Open, one of the world’s leading WTA tennis tournaments and among the biggest professional tennis events in China. Completed in September 2025, the project featured the construction of 12 elite-level Laykold Masters tennis courts in Midnight and Medium Green colourways — marking the first major competition in China to showcase Laykold courts.
Designed for world-class tournament performance, the Laykold Masters system delivers a high-performance, multi-layered acrylic surface engineered for durability, consistency and player comfort. The hard-wearing system helps protect asphalt foundations from UV degradation while providing a cooler and more comfortable playing experience compared to traditional asphalt or concrete courts.
The project highlighted UHS’s expertise in premium sports surface delivery, with the team undertaking foundation stability improvements across the practice courts and levelling refinements on one of the main competition courts to meet the demanding standards of international tournament play. The event courts demonstrate UHS’s professionalism, technical precision and commitment to excellence, earning high praise from event organisers.

Grassports Queensland has delivered a landmark sporting infrastructure project at Firth Park Netball Centre on the Gold Coast, transforming the precinct into one of the largest and most advanced netball facilities in Queensland. Featuring 24 brand new championship-quality courts surfaced with Laykold Advantage in a striking Teal and Midnight colour scheme, the completed venue has been purpose-built to support both community participation and elite-level competition. The bold Teal and Midnight courts create a vibrant and visually distinctive sporting environment, enhancing both player visibility and spectator experience.
Designed specifically for netball and other sports requiring superior traction in all weather conditions, the Laykold Advantage system delivers exceptional durability, performance and safety. Each court features Laykold’s exclusive slip-resistant factory-textured surface, achieving the 75 BPN rating required by Netball Australia to ensure reliable grip and consistent playability year-round.

Rubberworx has delivered a visually striking and technically complex wet pour rubber installation at Riverhills in Wollert, transforming the playground into an immersive and highly durable play environment. Spanning 280m², the project utilised the Ecolastic Neo EPDM wet pour rubber system to create a seamless safety surface that integrates naturally with the playground’s sculptural landforms and interactive play features.
Designed to enhance both safety and play value, the installation incorporated a series of complex three-dimensional elements including tunnel mounds, slide mounds and plank walking mounds. The undulating forms required extensive hand-finishing and precision craftsmanship to achieve smooth contours, seamless transitions and consistent fall-height compliance across varying elevations, while maintaining the original design intent.
Due to the complexity of the sculpted forms and transitions between play elements, the project demanded detailed on-site problem solving and technical expertise by the Rubberworx team. The completed Riverhills playspace showcases how Ecolastic Neo EPDM can function as both a high-performance safety surface and an integrated design feature. The result is a resilient, visually cohesive and engaging recreational environment that encourages exploration, movement and imaginative play for years to come.

Pukete Playground in Hamilton showcases how synthetic turf surfacing can become an interactive play feature in its own right. Installed using Australian-made SYNLawn CoolPlay over a Schmitz ProPlay shock-absorption mat, the playground combines vibrant colour, movement and pattern to create a highly engaging recreational environment.
The play space features natural, grey and earthy CoolPlay tones, complemented by a bold red running track and hand-cut yellow and rust activity zones designed to encourage running, hopping and confidence-course style play. Every line, square and graphic element was individually measured and hand-cut on site, with custom templates used to achieve consistent, sharp detailing throughout the installation.
The project utilised Schmitz ProPlay shock pad, an internationally recognised impact-absorbing foam underlay designed to improve playground safety while delivering excellent drainage, durability and long-term stability. The installation also featured SYNLawn CoolPlay, a texturised non-directional artificial grass system incorporating exclusive COOLplus™ cooling technology to help reduce surface temperatures in outdoor environments.
Together, the surfacing systems transformed the playground into a dynamic and visually cohesive space where colour, movement and play are seamlessly integrated into the landscape design.

Project: Disneyland Shanghai Playground Upgrade

At Shanghai Disneyland, Shanghai Shangfu delivered a highly complex playground upgrade using the PolyPlay FS GT soft-fall system, transforming the 250m² play space into a vibrant and technically advanced recreational environment. Completed in 20 days, the project was inspired by European playground design references and developed in collaboration with Disneyland Shanghai’s Design & Show Quality team.
The installation demanded an exceptional level of craftsmanship and precision due to the complexity of the surfacing design and the project’s rigorous quality standards. Shanghai Shangfu’s installation crew carefully planned and executed every stage of the works. Using PolyPlay FS GT, the completed surface achieved both EN1177 and ASTM1292 fall safety compliance standards, ensuring the playground delivers high levels of safety, durability and long-term performance within a high-traffic entertainment environment.
The finished project received outstanding feedback from the client, recognising Shanghai Shangfu’s professionalism, installation expertise and attention to detail.

Constructed using Supergrasse ProBounce COOLplus, the court was specifically designed to allow water to pass through both the playing surface and underlying substrate, helping satisfy strict hard-to-soft landscape ratio requirements without compromising playability or visual appeal. The result is a high-performance recreational surface that blends naturally within the surrounding landscape while delivering the quality expected of a premium residential tennis facility.
Supergrasse ProBounce COOLplus is the flagship system within the Supergrasse range, combining advanced texturised monofilament yarn technology with exclusive COOLplus™ cooling technology to help reduce surface heat generation in outdoor environments. Engineered to replicate the look and playing characteristics of the world’s best natural lawn courts, the system delivers an ITF medium-fast pace rating while requiring significantly lower maintenance than natural grass.

At the landmark Xiong’an Sports Center in Xiong’an New Area, Beijing Jiayi Sunny Trade Company delivered a world-class 8-lane athletics track using Rekortan M. Inspired by the ripples of Baiyangdian Lake, the sports complex blends Eastern aesthetics with modern technology to create a vibrant sporting destination within China’s next-generation smart city development.
The athletics track was constructed using the Rekortan M impermeable sandwich system, featuring a durable wear layer over a sealed paved-in-place base layer for exceptional energy return, durability and all-weather performance. Recognised as the most certified track system by World Athletics, Rekortan M is trusted in leading training and competition venues worldwide.
Engineered to resist UV degradation in harsh climates, the seamless poured-in-place surface delivers reliable performance while resisting spike damage under heavy athletic use. Made with 49% recycled and renewable material, the system also supports sustainable sports infrastructure development.
The completed Xiong’an Sports Center showcases how premium athletics track technology can integrate seamlessly with iconic architecture to create a future-focused destination for sport and community.

Project: Bishan Stadium Running Track Resurfacing Project

Since opening in 1998, Bishan Stadium has established itself as one of Singapore’s leading multi-purpose sports venues and a recognised destination for international athletics competition.
TCB Sports Pte Ltd was originally awarded the contract in 1997 to install the stadium’s synthetic athletics track system and was later reappointed in 2009 to upgrade the facility ahead of the 2009 Asian Youth Games and the 2010 Summer Youth Olympic Games. Both events required the venue to achieve Class 1 IAAF certification standards, reinforcing Bishan Stadium’s position as a world-class athletics venue.
In September 2025, TCB Sports successfully completed a further resurfacing of the running track using the Rekortan M mulit-layer system. Recognised globally for its durability, energy return and elite competition performance, Rekortan M is one of the world’s most trusted athletics track systems.
The newly installed surface once again achieved Class 1 IAAF approval, reaffirming Bishan Stadium’s capability to host international athletics events while delivering exceptional performance, safety and long-term reliability for athletes at every level.

Easy Turf has transformed the recreational spaces at Wallan Secondary College through the supply and installation of 3,500m² of high-quality synthetic turf surfacing across multiple multi-sport and recreational zones.
The project included two basketball and netball courts surfaced with Australian-made Supergrasse Court Turf PE, two volleyball courts installed using Easy Turf’s exclusive League 40 turf, two Hot Shots tennis courts, dedicated Four Square and Bat Tennis areas, and landscaped recreational zones featuring SYNLawn Comfort Plus 30 and SYNLawn Coolplay surfacing.
Designed for schools and community environments, Supergrasse Court Turf PE delivers a durable, low-maintenance synthetic sports surface engineered specifically for Australian conditions. The project also utilised SYNLawn Comfort Plus 30 to create soft and inviting landscaped surrounds, while SYNLawn Coolplay incorporated COOLplus™ cooling technology to help reduce surface temperatures in outdoor play areas.
Works included full site preparation, excavation, removal of existing damaged surfaces, compaction and laser grading, along with the installation of four basketball towers and two pairs of volleyball goals. The completed project transformed outdated and underutilised spaces into a vibrant multi-sport precinct designed to encourage activity, recreation and student engagement.

The precinct brings together a diverse mix of sporting experiences, including two Laykold Advantage pickleball courts, a Supergrasse Probounce Coolplus bocce court, a Supergrasse Probounce Coolplus tennis court, and a Greengauge GG3 bowling green, complemented by SYNLawn Classic Summer 30 landscaping surrounds. The result is a cohesive, visually impressive environment that seamlessly integrates multiple surfaces, systems and applications into one dynamic destination.
Designed with both performance and player comfort in mind, each surface has been engineered to deliver consistent playability, safety and accessibility – perfectly suited to an active ageing community.
