Shanghai Zhongying Sport Development Co. Ltd was engaged to create an impactful backyard design for an exclusive, private property in Shanghai, China. The owner of the house, known as the Private House of Forest Manor, is a huge basketball fan so naturally a basketball court was a must for the backyard.
Using Polyplay S20, the team were able to make use of three different colours to create this design. The iconic logo was created by hand on site, which is a testament to the incredible workmanship by the Shanghai Zhongying Sport Development team.

Grassports QLD had the huge task of creating a residential sporting haven for private estate. Located in the sought after Grange Country Estate, the quiet suburb of Willow Wale, Northwest of the Gold Coast.
As a professional pickleball player, the client’s standards when it came design and quality workmanship were incredibly high. The facility already sported a magnesium pool and an ice bath, so complementing the space with premium courts was essential. The expert team completed the facility by delivering a set of Laykold Advantage pickleball courts which includes an outdoor court and indoor facility, along with a Ligaturf Hybrid 40 futsal/netball court.
This impressive at-home mini complex is perfect for the client’s coaching and training needs.

Craig Bartlett & Playsafe had the pleasure of creating one of the most impressive golf courses in the country. The Alexandra Hills Putt Putt now known as Alex Hills Putt Putt, is a stunning course featuring 12 spectacular greens with 48 holes.
From the design to installation, the dream team combined to create both a grand design and excellent workmanship. The course consisted of SYNLawn Kingston Green putting surface, Coolplay for all the colour features and Daintree 2.0 surrounds.
Now playing host to functions of every kind, Alex Hills Putt Putt will remain the wow factor of the complex for years to come.

Sportscape Constructions excelled in the design and construction of the 18-hole, Bright Minigolf Course which perfectly mirrors the current Bright Golf Course.
Spanning over 1200m2, the design was brought to life using a combination of SYNLawn Coolplay and Comfort Elite. The Sportscape Constructions team also collaborated with the APT Asia Pacific team to develop a custom sand bunker grass to replicate the look and feel of hitting out of sand.
The Bright Minigolf course will no doubt become a destination and not just a stopover.

Project: Renovation Art Court Project

Location: Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
Go Parkey helped create a set of eye-catching basketball courts located in Okubo Park, Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. In collaboration with the artist FATE, NBA 2K Foundation and Kevin Durant Foundation, brief was to renovate two basketball courts with museum level artistry, to engage kids and community in this famous Tokyo Park, known for being an open and free sporting hub.
The design was complex, and the installation process required skill and precision, the artist even joined the Go Parkey team on site. Using Laykold Advantage as the hero product, along with Laykold system products including base coast, white line paint, line primer, it was a true showcase of creativity brought to life.
With the impressive Renovation Art Court Project in such a prominent location, it will certainly be a feature of the park.

West Coast Sporting Surfaces was engaged to upgrade 11 netball courts for the Belmont Netball Association, a grassroots, community based netball association. There was also a remaining 1.5 sized multicourt space, which the West Coast Sporting Surfaces team exercised their creative flair to create an eye-popping, colourful netball, basketball, hopscotch, cricket or foursquare area.
The expert use of Laykold Advantage across the courts in various colours gives the area a standout finish from every angle.
The Belmont Netball Association are thrilled to have this set of brand new courts and multisport area that will help ensure safe play through every season.

Glooloop Surfacing completed an artistic yet functional installation outside Allianz Stadium in Sydney. The brief was to create an installation with culturally vibrant artwork to surround the fitness equipment and the wider access areas.
The artwork design is by artist Dennis Golding (Kamilaroi/Gamilaraay people) and was inspired to update the final design after the Glooloop Surfacing team provided the Melos rubber softfall colour chart. The revised design was bright and striking from every angle. The Melos rubber softfall installation was completed with meticulous accuracy to respect the artwork, showing the skillset of the experienced team.

Project: FIFA Women’s World Cup Unity Pitch

In preparation and celebration of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, GameOn Turf and Keeping It Green Lawn Solutions took on a huge challenge to create striking portable pitches as part of the Australian and New Zealand based promotions.
The concept was to tour the host city locations including Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, Dunedin, Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney, using colourful pitches to draw in the crowd activity from club and amateur players to the general public. For each prominent location, the 30 metre by 20 metre pitch, created using SYNLawn Coolplay, had to be rolled out, installed, and removed before heading off to the next destination.
The multi-city Unity Pitch project drew attention everywhere it went, with vibrant colours and prominent locations, they will certainly be remembered as a standout promotional activity with the tournament.

Grassports Australia was selected to complete two huge installations at Belgrave Heights Christian School. A multisport COLA area, including line markings for junior basketball, netball and hopscotch and a school oval with a cricket wicket surrounded by a two-lane running track formed part of this impressive custom design.
The experienced team at Grassports Australia used multiple colours of SYNLawn Coolplay for the multisport zone, Ligaturf HB 240 for the oval and Court Turf PE for the cricket wicket and running track.
The Belgrave Heights Christian School must be the envy of many with a sporting hub to support active students.

Teamturf were presented with a task of creating an artistic yet functional installation for the Carlaw Park Student Village at the University of Auckland. For the team, it was no doubt an interesting and unusual challenge, but the result is visually impressive.
From 15 floors up, it had to look as appealing as the ground floor. A volleyball court with coloured parallel lines was installed, along with multisport surfacing to cater to other sports the students may use the space for. Using a combination of SYNLawn Coolplay and Probounce, the striking colours played a huge role in the creative outcome.
Creating an engaging space for both domestic and international students, the clients were delighted with the result.

Beijia yi Sunny Trade Co. Ltd completed a large-scale athletics and soccer field for the Beijing No. 80 High Middle School in Beijing, China. As the most elite middle school in the Chaoyang district, home to the Beijing Olympic Park, it was essential for the Beijia yi Sunny Trade team to deliver the highest quality finish.
The athletics track was completed using Rekortan M and Ligaturf cross 250 for the soccer field.
With a large training facility available on their doorstep, the access to easily train will be invaluable for young athletes.

Grassports Australia was chosen to complete a multisport dream at the Beaconhills College in Pakenham, Victoria. The resurfacing project required a design that could cater to be growing number of students across the network, with the surface being hardwearing and multipurpose as the key.
The knowledgeable Grassports Australia team provided invaluable in the process as they installed Poligras H2OZ Coolplus, not only for a full-sized hockey pitch, but also line marking for 10 tennis courts, 2 basketball areas and customised school logo on the pitch.
The students at Beaconhills College will be hard to contain inside the classroom with a newly installed complex as impressive as this.
